Stitch reaction: This is a very common reaction where the body tries to attack is stitch as if it’s a foreign body, which of course it is. Then scar tissue can develop so I recommend your surgeon inject kenalog into the area to prevent scar tissue development and reduce inflammation

Postop pain: Postoperative discomfort after sinus surgery is common, but not after 2 weeks. For this reason alone your Otolaryngologist should examine you for any complications such as a blood collection or recurrence of infection.
