Ask Surgeon: Best to have this type of procedure done when swelling associated with the most recent procedure has subsided. This may take several months and even up to one year to occur. At that point, you will be able to evaluate (and treat) the contour concerns more precisely. Your plastic surgeon will be in the best position to advise you after in person consultation. Best wishes.

6-8 weeks, but.....: Speak with your surgeon. Post-operative swelling can alter the appearance of your nose, especially in the early post-op period. Discuss this with you doctor before doing anything.

Rhinoplasty: I agree with the answers above, but would add a word of caution to not be too hard on yourself. We are all our own worst critics and we have a tendency to stress about cosmetic irregularities that are not as horrifying to the outside world as they are to ourselves.
