Why run?: Write a list of what you want to accomplish with running. Look better, feel better, improve times or distances, stamina? Then set a plan to meet specific goals towards those ends. If you want greater motivation, you need to know what motivates you in other areas of your life. If you'd like more stamina, increase your intensity one day then distance the next. Stamina in no time.
