Feel better: You know that once you get out the door and have the first 2 minutes behind you , you will be glad you got out and did it. Maybe shoot over to betzwood or Valley Forge Park and be with other runners. Might even see me. Also, forget about the time or distance - just do one or the other- be free of the pace. Always a good time. Watch the rest of the neighborhood wake up. Happy running!

Positive rethinking: After you figure out the obstacle, you can figure out what you can do to overcome it and make an assessment plan. The most important thing is that you’re doing it on a fix schedule, and that you’re doing it for you.
