There is no: Easy way to lose weight. You have to burn off 3500 calories that you don't eat to lose a pound. Starvation is a very poor and unhealthy way to try to lose weight, and doesn't work well. You need something you can do for the rest of your life, like restricting your intake and exercising more each day.
