Weight vs Fat loss: When you starve yourself much of the weight loss is actually loss of muscle mass. When you lose weight using Paleo you will lose mostly fat. Losing "weight" shouldn't be your goal. Losing belly fat should be the goal. Look at your pants size getting smaller as the goal rather than a change in what the scale is saying.
