Weight loss: Please see your doc for guidance but higher fat in you diet and protein will provide satiety so you won't feel so hungry. These include coconut oil, olive oil, natural peanut butter, eggs. Good fat is good, as are eggs. Low carb and high protein helps put your body into fat-burning mode but ask your doc.
