Is my daily canker sores a result of vitamin deficiency or my tooth paste?

Possibly: It's possible. There are many chemicals and flavorings in toothpastes that can irritate tissue and trigger an ulceration. Vitamin deficiency may play a role as well. Stress and genetics are also major factors. Try a diff. Toothpaste with less flavorings, whitening and tartar control agents. Also remove and mouth rinses that may have alcohol in them. Work with your dentist to find the cause.

Many reasons: Apthous ulcers can be due to many reasons... Generally stress and how your immune system is and yes, certain foods/ diet are factors, and burning tongue syndrome may be related to vit b def.

SLS: Try a toothpaste without sodium lauryl sulfate. In some it causes canker sores. Read the labels.
