Sudden yellow: The tooth yellow does not result from vitamin deficiencies. It is caused from surface layering of tobacco, tea, coffee, some foods, lack of brushing, etc.

No...lot of reasons.: Yellow teeth commonly can result from staining.. Tea, coffee, wine, cola, eating acidic foods, smoking cigarettes .. Tobacco products. Teeth that have sustained trauma may look yellow, and certain nutritional deficiencies like iron, Folic Acid and vitamin B12 may cause the color change..Should get it check by dentist..Sometimes sudden color change can be trauma..Nerve damage will look darker.
