D deficiency: Vitamin D deficiency is unlikely to be the cause of your dental problems. Why are you vitamin D deficient? It available over the counter at your pharmacy and is not expensive. It comes in bottles of 100 capsules either in 1000 or 2000 units of vitamin D per capsule. Take one capsule once a day.
