BMI: is used to indicate if you are overweight, obese, underweight or normal. BMI = 20 - 25 is considered healthy. A 5'9" woman who weighs 180 pounds has a BMI of ~26. This is only slightly over what is considered a healthy weight. Losing 11 pounds would bring BMI < 25.
