Very variable.: There are many factors that go into giving you an accurate response. Things like your weight, your diet, type of bike, vigor of riding etc. Bicycling is great for aerobic conditioning & weight loss. It takes about 3, 500 calories/lb. Goals: Depending on your goals, a "good" amount of weight can vary. It may be easier to lose weight when you start at 300lbs but much harder at 150lb. Where are you at and what's your goal?
