Nutrition+exercise: Try not to focus on weight per se as your goal. Instead, think of improving your health. With that in mind, recall that as you shed fat & add muscle via regular exercise & healthy eating, you might not lose as much weight numerically as you'd like. But I'm willing to bet that your clothes will fit better & you'll like what you see in the mirror. Monitor body fat, not just weight & body mass index.
