Walk: A good exercise program for seniors is walking. Start slow in distance and pace and gradually increase both over a period of weeks to avoid overuse injuries.Remember to stretch hamstrings, quads, and calf muscles before and after u walk. Adding some basic sit- ups and push-ups to this will add core and upper body strength. Best of Luck!
