Panic attacks: There are several ways to help panic attacks. On your own, you can try breathing exercises (belly breathing). Also you can work with a psychologist to explore your triggers and develop ways to deal with them. There are particular kinds of talk therapy that can be extremely useful in panic attacks. Should medications also be needed, working with a psychiatrist can help.
