Stop panic: Panic attacks is like a snowball. The fear of having a panic attack can often precipitate one and when it does it grows and accelarates in severity. The best way is a combination of medication therapy combined with cognitive therapy that trains you to identify the triggers of an attack making it easy to then stop it.
