Who knows?: Without being able to check these against a known standard (these are available to monitor the accuracy of your meters, ask pharmacist), it is impossible to know. These two values, however are reasonably close to each other and not likely to substantially alter your status. Best wishes.

Glucometer: On average, the glucometer results are 95% aaccurate. My advice will be to consider the higher value as more reliable result.

Each should close: Many of the glucose meter kits have standardized solutions calibrated to set at 100 use one of those meter kits, when tested same time both readings should be close with slight variation.
