Broad question: A broad question that has many possible answers, but i'll do my best. At 17 you should formulate a healthy life style. Eat small portions and try to limit fat and carbohydrates. Fruits and veggies are generally good, take a multivitamin, participate in a daily cardio exercise program and, just as important, find a career that you enjoy and be around people that you like. 17 is a great age.
