Lifestyle change: Don't use gimmick diets, change your life. Regular exercise 3-4 times per week where you exercise doing aerobic activity for 30-60 minutes. Always choose to be more active, example: take the stairs rather than the elevator. Change your diet with portion control, 3 small meals with smaller snacks between each meal. Cut down on fat and carbohydrates.
