While: Cinnamon isn't likely to hurt, it is necessarily going to be a big help. Your weight is borderline, so why not focus first on optimizing your weight, minimizing stress, optimizing sleep and eating healthy including avoiding processed foods and eating foods that "naturally" account for a wide color palette and mostly vegetables/fruits.
