Lumbar puncture: With no headache and fever the neck stiffness is likely due to the blood patch, that should resolved over the next several days. I assume you have a follow up appointment with your doctor and if not then make one.

Blood patch: Sometimes an epidural blood patch can cause meningeal irritation which results in low back or neck pain which will resolve with time. If the pain increases, bowel or bladder incontinence occurs or if you develop a , fever or mental status changes you should go to the emergency room to rule out epidural abscess or epidural hematoma to avoid permanent neurologic impairment..
