Calcium metabolism: Initial numbers seem indicative of primary hyperparathyroidism (normal PTH in the setting of hypercalcemia). Second set of data is indicative of vitamin d deficiency with significant PTH change, so it is unclear. Conceivably, hypercalcemia, brought on by normalization of vitamin d in the setting of over active PTH could cause frequent urination. Basically, you need another set of labs.
