Good question: You have normocalcemic hyperparathyroidism (normal PTH in my lab is < 65). It would be prudent to work this up more to locate the possible adenoma. Your bone density is bad and should be treated while waiting for the workup to complete. The choice of treatment is between you and your endocrinologist but i wouldn't poo poo the parathyroid issue away.

Maybe: There are different PTH assays with different normal ranges. Your PTH shows your parathyroid gland output. Depending on the assay it could be normal or mildly elevated. Regardless, your calcium and vitamin d are normal. Hyperparathyroidism has elevated PTH and calcium simultaneously. F/u with your doc and ask them!
