Low Ca high PTH: Very interesting set of results. I wonder if you have kidney issue which causes a loss of protein in the urine and draws with it the calcium which then elevates then PTH. or do you have a small intestine absorption issue?

Hello, I had vitamin D test 2 months ago , came out as 9 . took supplements its now 19. So I did PTH also , turns out its low 12.4 (14 lab range for min ) T3,T4 normal , magnesium , calcium normal ( near max ) Should I take anything for PTH ?O?
Low PTH but normal calcium serum, ionized calcium, vitamin D and phosphorus. What can cause this ? Thyroid also normal?
What causes low serum phosphate other than parathyroidism? PTH & calcium are constantly normal. Normal D vitamin because of high dose supplements.
Ionized Calcium 4.65, PTH 133, Calcium 10.3, Vitamin D 7, Phosphorus 4.9, recurrent Kidney stones. Thyroid lobe, two parathyroids removed in 2004.
Ionized calcium was mildly low at 4.7. Does this require work up with a PTH or just calcium supplement ?
