Yes: Building healthy bones & teeth. While your bones provide an abundant supply of calcium for your developing baby, you can insure you're not depleted of this vital mineral by taking 1500mg of calcium and 400 units of vitamin d daily while pregnant and breastfeeding too. While many prenatal vitamins contain the later, they often don't have enough calcium. Dairy products or a supplement will suffice.

3-6 days: The incubation period from exposure to illness for coxsackie virus infection (hand, foot and mouth) is 3-6 days. It is contagious, especially for infants and toddlers. Usual symptoms are fever, irritability and sore throat. Blisters on the hands and feet can occur, but often do not. See your baby's doctor for a diagnosis.

Depends on your hist: It all depends on your medical history. Your medical history (how this all developed, what medical issues you normally have, what medicines you take, lifestyle considerations), is what lets your doctor know what risk factors you have and allows him/her to narrow the list of possibilities down and come up with just a few possible diagnoses to choose from. Looking at the rash helps too.

Last night I had major tingling all over the palm or my right hand. I do computer based work all day and ipad at night. Is this carpal..?

Hand numbness: There is a good chance that what you are describing is carpal tunnel syndrome. If this continues wear a wrist splint at night. If this does not solve the numbness then you need to discuss this with your doctor.
