Lymphoma?: Ebv has been associated with post-transplant lumphoprolifeative disorder and i believe this is your question. What the doctors are looking for is the clonality of the b lymphocytes and any rearrangements in the normal genes of your immunoglobulins or antibodies with some of the ebv genes. In many instances there will be no circulating blasts.
