Rash: These could be hives if they respond to antihistamines and mostof them are of unknown nature, they come and go as please. An allergist can give you some guidance

Went in for joint pain, sun rash, headaches and severe fatigue. Blood work-CRP 8, ESR normal. RDW 16.3% w/ MCHC 30.7 but hgb & hct normal. Positive for EBV antibodies, no recent infection and negative on mono. ANA speckled @ 1:160. Any ideas? Lupus?
What does a CBC look like when you have lupus? Is the wbc, neutrophil and lymphocyte low?
I have recurring flares of rashes, joint pain, muscle aches, debilitating fatigue, dizziness. I have photosensitity and one episode of my WBC at 2.0 years back. My ANA is 6:40. I'm on plaquenil. Why are all my other antibodies neg for lupus?
Have lupus & recent C3 & C4 were normal. Rheumatologist told me lupus is stable &then said not active. However WBC still was low &malar rash from sun w/flare few months ago.Does "not active" mean complete remission & I should have NO symptoms at all?
