I am 24 year old man. I have almond sized lymph nodes all over my body. My CBC levels are just above low in the borderline normal range. Mono, EBV, HIV, and many of tests came back negative. Should I get a biopsy or bone marrow test? Please Help.

Most recent CBC was: WBC 15.1 RBC 5.57 hemoglobin 16.6 hct 49.8 lymph 7.9 mono 1 neutral 90.9 its been off for a 1. Should i worry?
