DVT and pain.: DVT pain can vary from an ache, heaviness or pressure to severe pain. The types of pain and symptoms related to the DVT depend on the extent and location of the DVT. If you are concerned that you may have a DVT then you should see a vein specialist and have a venous duplex ultrasound .
