Right calf tightness for 6 wks after running stairs for a couple weeks, but its still there. no pain on flexing, no history of clots, i am active, no travel or surgery, never taken bc, no swelling or red, goes away when resting. worried about dvt?

Calf pain. : From your symptoms it sounds as if this is a muscular problem. However, the only way to prove what’s going on is to do a venous duplex ultrasound. My feeling is that it is always important to rule out the most significant problem which would be a DVT and this can easily be determined by an ultrasound.
