Are smoothies good or bad? i understand that store bought ones with added sugar arent good but there is still conflicting opinions on homemade ones. is it worth it to make them at all even if they have a lot of veggies or are they bad for you?

Generally good : You already know That excess sugar is not healthy, and more vegetables and fruits are both nutritious and tasty. Size matters, content matters, and is this a meal replacement or extra calories? A lot depends on your answers. In the meantime enjoy an occasional smoothie.....all things in moderation!
