Colonoscopy: Often after colonoscopy distention and cramping may occur. During the procedure air is used to inflate the colon for better visualization. This may cause the symptoms you describe. If they persist or you develop nausea fever or increasing pain immediate evaluation is recommended.

Colonoscopy : Should go back to your gastro doctor and get a physical exam. At need a ct scan of the abdem if exam abnormal with tenderness.
