Not these, but...: Neither syphilis (vdrl) nor HIV infection is a major consideration for a young adult man with pain in the scrotum. I suspect you have epididymitis and should be seen by a good urologist.

Several possible...: ...Problems: epididymitis, chlamydia, gc - none of which show up on blood tests. You need to see a dr for this; sometimes (not always) urine tests will show the answer.
