Keep working w/ doc: Some UTIs are missed by standard culture tests. Herpes can cause this even in people who seem to be at low risk for STD. Or another STD like gonorrhea or chlamydia, e.g. if your partner has been at risk without your knowledge. You could have a non-infectious bladder problem, like interstial cystitis. Keep working with your doctor, or see a specialist e.g. urologist. This can be worked out.
