Dr. James Lin answered

1-2 weeks...: If uti-causing bacteria are sensitive to antibiotic used, irritative voiding symptoms will improve within 2-3 days after taking it. Meanwhile, our body constantly strives to undergo self-healing as long as we provide suitable inside and outside environments for our body. So, in 1-2 weeks, most of healing process should be completed. If symptoms persist, one needs to consider something else.
