I have a cough and have started moaning as i fall asleep. i've only ever done when i had pneumonia around 18 months ago. should i be concerned?

Possibly: But cannot diagnose you over the internet. If you are feeling poorly it never hurts to get somebody to examine you. On the other hand, if you have no other symptoms (fever, chills, shortness of breath, chest pain, etc.) it is not likely that this is pneumonia (although atypical pneumonias do occur). Go and see a doctor.
