Last night i was awake the whole night. and slept in the morning from 9-11. now again, i am not able to sleep. feels like my heart has a racing, beating faster. no other symptoms.slight cough. had cetirizine, and cough syrup. unable to fall asleep.

Check cough syrup: Look up the cough syrup ingredients. If any decongestants, do not use in the second part of the day as they can cause palpitations. If your symptoms persist, check in with your GP. Stay well hydrated.
