Got sick on the 23rd tested + for covid on the 27th. ive had a slight cough from what seemed to be post nasal drip. now im devolving a cough. should i be concerned about pneumonia at this point? im on day 6/7.. unvaccinated. spo2 94-97?

None of the information you posted points to anything but a minor URI. Most will trigger a cough eventually, which is the bodies way of getting rid of deep debris from the URI. I wouldn't consider it a problem or worrisome at this point.
