Stomach/brain: Interaction. As the stomach fills, it normally sends signals to the brain that causes the sense of fullness. That is how we know that we have eaten enough. On the other hand, vitamin pills do seem to do this on an empty stomach to some people. Try taking the vitamins during a meal because they were designed that way by mother nature.
