Prenatal vitamins: Some women may have difficulty tolerating prenatal vitamins, especially on an empty stomach. Do speak with your physician, but taking your vitamins with meals may eliminate this problem. The timing of feeling "really sick" may overlap with morning sickness -- also a common issue in pregnancy. Your doctor can help you with this also.
