A viral upper respiratory tract infection is likely but test for Covid. If negative covid test,.these infections usually run their course in a week or so. You're treating symptoms OK but drink lots of fluid and rest up. If symptoms or fever worsen or persist longer than a week or if a deep cough shaking chills or breathing problems occur, see your physician.
