I'm taking levothyroxine in the morning. how long does it take to be absorbed by blood? i take vitamins in the evening.

Not long.: Levo-thyroxine is generally absorbed within a few hours. Some things can affect its absorption, including stomach acidity and food. Overall the correct dosing of levo-thyroxine in any particular patient is individualised and based mainly on the TSH level.
