Retinal treatment: To answer this question, it's best to answer each part individually: 1. Retinal scars have no treatment in modern day technology. 2. Retinal holes should be treated by a specialist with a laser to prevent retinal detachments. 3. Contact lenses do not pose risk to retinal disease, but it is not suggested for use in your good eye. Monocular patients need glasses for protection of the good eye.
