Imprecise picture: Here is somewhat of a mixup of terms. The esophagus is the food pipe, in the chest. If you are saying you have pain in the right side of the neck, when you blow your nose, probably it's along the upper respiratory tract, and related to increased pressure, valsalva maneuver affecting some previously irritated site. Probably not serious, but have a dr. Check it out.

Hard to tell. But,: Would stop Aspirin and multivitamin, although they may not relate. Aspirin irritates GI tract and multivitamin has no proven benefit and is a big pill. Can't tell if your pain is from esophagus or trachea. Rarely, people can have a diverticulum trapping some pills. If no better soon, see an ear nose and throat specialist. He can take a look in his office with a tiny scope and answer your question.
