My face and neck started feeling numb last night. it happened after i blew my nose and my ear popped, and did not go away in my neck until three hrs later. i still feel numbness and tightness in my left cheek and now my jaw on both sides feels numb.

Numbness: Do you have any other medical issues? Smoke or on hormones? This is not normal so consult with MD to give more detailed information.
