No: You need to see your doctor for a full evaluation. There is nothing in smoking cessation that should cause any of these symptoms. I am mainly concerned about a sharp pain when swallowing food, which can indicate some problem like an esophageal obstruction or ulcer. Dry throat and blood in the nose can just be from breathing drier air in the winter. Congrats on quitting smoking, please stay quit.
