Cannot diagnose: But unless this little guy has more localized symptoms, suspect that with time they will get better. If there is any failure to feed, continued irritability, sleeping too often or long or anything else - see your pediatrician. Do not try to suppress the fever unless the baby is patently uncomfortable. Fever can help fight infection. Put them in a tepid bath and rub skin with washcloth.
