Had an embryo transfer 5 days ago and today i am running a fever of 100.8. my dr gave me tylenol (acetaminophen). could this affect my chances of an implantation?

Unlikely: It could depend on"why" your temp is that high - but most likely not, esp. if it is caused by sinus, chest, allergies, etc...Best wishes.
