Exam: Please stop the ibuprofen which can cause gastric irritation. You pain, going from front to back, requires examination and an abdominal aultrasound to rule out gallbladder and pancreatic/gastric illness. I suggest that you call for an immediate appointment or go to the ER or UC today!
