See a doctor: what you are feeling could be enlarged salivary gland, or it could be an enlarged lymph nodes reacting to a viral,or bacterial event. first chew a gum or a hard candy that will stimulate the salivary gland. you need to see a doctor in case you need antibiotic fir the enlarged lymph nodes.
